I cannot help with the prices too but there are loads of tattoo shops in pdc, i've seen about 6 or 7 maybe more.. i wouldn't get tattoo'd abroad as often once healed they need touching up and alterring, it's a long way to go back if that is the case, plus on holiday it is easy to get something on the spur of the moment and regret it..
